Job Summary
HR Trainee to support LTA’s recruitment transformation with a focus on technology, digitalisation, and process improvement. Responsibilities include researching and evaluating emerging HR technologies and AI tools for recruitment, analyzing trade-offs and proposing adoption recommendations, mapping recruitment workflows with internal stakeholders, partnering with external stakeholders to understand product capabilities and gather technical specifications, supporting Workday integration and automation initiatives (e.g., reference checks, onboarding processes), and contributing to project documentation, presentations, and tracking of implementation progress.
Required Qualifications
- Recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR technology, digitalisation, and process improvement
- Analytical and structured thinker
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus
