Job Summary
Open and close the LT Recovery space, maintain cleaning schedules, and submit equipment repair work orders. Answer all phone calls, check members in and out, and schedule appointments for LT Recovery services. Process client paperwork, manage accounts, and handle transactions for products and services. Greet members professionally, develop relationships with clients and guests, and assist with event communication and equipment setup. Perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds. Subject to work holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Office Management or Experience Knowledge
- certification in Exercise and sport science
- Knowledge of fitness
- cardiovascular training
