Administer physical therapy treatments to patients by following the Physical Therapy Plan of Care developed by the Physical Therapist. Utilize modalities, exercise, compensation, and other hands-on care to carry out the plan, while providing clear verbal and written instruction as indicated. Request additional evaluation and input from the Physical Therapist when a patient's condition changes or therapy does not show significant improvement. Consistently work at a production pace and readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changes. Demonstrate Decatur Morgan Hospital's mission, vision, and values through daily behavior.
