Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist, assisting with patient activities. Supervise technicians, volunteers, and students as assigned. Maintain current Alabama license and BCLS certification. Requires APTA accredited education and excellent communication skills for a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday inpatient therapy shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of APTA accredited educational program for Physical Therapists Assistants
- Current Alabama license
- BCLS certification (to be received within orientation period)
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work with all patients in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for Friday, Saturday, Sunday schedule
- Weekend shifts
