Job Summary
LPN sought to join the Resident Care Team at The Residence at Voorhees to support aging residents and collaborate with the Resident Care Director. Responsibilities include supervising resident care associates, monitoring health needs, assisting with on-call duties, evaluating resident needs, developing and revising service plans, administering topical and oral medications and limited injectables as allowed, and ensuring compliance with infection control and state requirements. The role emphasizes teamwork across departments, documentation, and engagement in community marketing and resident care activities. Per diem options and full-time opportunities are available with weekend evening shifts (every other weekend, 3pm–11pm). Requires nursing program graduation and an active LPN or RN license in the employing state; strong English communication, safe patient handling, and ability to coordinate staffing are essential.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing Program
- Current RN or LPN License in the state you are employed
- At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting
