Job Summary
Wellness Nurse role at The Residence at Ferry Park within LCB Senior Living. Responsible for supporting the Resident Care Director in managing the community, supervising resident care associates, monitoring residents' health needs, covering staffing as needed, and assisting with on-call duties. Includes direct care of residents as needed, collaboration with physicians and family members, development and revision of service plans, infection-control oversight, and participation in community marketing efforts. Requires active nursing licensure (RN or LPN), a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least two years of geriatric health experience. Weekend availability and full-time scheduling are noted.
