LPN Wellness Nurse - Full Time

Conduct resident care services by supervising Resident Services Department associates and C.N.A.'s, including overseeing the medication program and assisting with resident self-administration. Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians while reporting significant incidents or changes in needs to the Executive Director. Support the Resident Services Director in hiring, performance management, and training new associates, while assisting with clinical assessments and recertifications per ALSA requirements. Provide coaching and mentoring to department staff and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with emergency procedures and safety practices.
