Job Summary
Provide skilled, 1:1 nursing care to clients of all ages in the comfort of their homes, focusing your attention on one client throughout the shift to build meaningful relationships. Deliver personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs across pediatrics, geriatrics, and various acuity levels while maintaining 24/7 clinical support and mentorship. Work full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours in Franklin and surrounding communities, with no weekend requirement. Earn $26–$30/hour with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
