Job Summary
In-home LPN position on weekends/PRN with Interim HealthCare. Provide direct patient care per prescribed plan, monitor progress, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, assess conditions and document changes (vital signs, blood/stool/urine, glucose), care for wounds and dressings, and collaborate with providers and care team to achieve patient outcomes. Requires graduation from a practical nursing program and an active LPN/LVN license in the state(s), reliable transportation, and flexibility for weekend/PRN scheduling. Compensation $22-$28 per hour with benefits and daily pay option; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Educational: Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state(s)
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
