Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medication and IV fluids, inspect wounds, and assist with personal hygiene. Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role includes PRN weekend shifts with no overtime required and offers competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28. Flexible scheduling options are available for full-time, part-time, or per-diem positions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state(s)
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
