Job Summary
Provide nursing care as an LPN in a Weekend Program with a 32-hour week, including 2–12 hour weekend shifts (6:30am–6:30pm) and one 8-hour weekday shift, on Day Shift at Fairmount Homes. Must be a PA-licensed LPN with CPR certification. Responsibilities include independent decision-making, critical problem-solving, and ensuring safety and infection-control standards while delivering care to older adults. Facilities benefits include PTO, 401K, dental/vision/life/health insurance. Schedule requires 48–52 weekends per year; location is Ephrata, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrates critical problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities
