Job Summary
Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by utilizing nursing skills to develop meaningful relationships with life stories. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence, lead teamwork to exceed resident needs, and collaborate with facility teams for coordinated care. Conduct thorough assessments, accurately document condition changes, and manage medications proficiently while demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Requires a current Indiana LPN license and strong geriatric nursing passion. Full-time day and evening shifts available with competitive compensation, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
