Job Summary
Conduct weekend patient care from 7am to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays at NHC Springfield. Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing care while maintaining clinical competency through integrated knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication. Organize and prioritize workflow to meet patient needs effectively, adhering to current nursing standards and fostering continuous quality improvement with problem-solving skills. Demonstrate compassion, positivity, and teamwork in all aspects of care. Earn up to $35/hour with shift differentials and a $2,500 part-time bonus.
