Job Summary
Triage patients, expedite referrals to specialty offices, and answer calls from both patients and specialty providers. Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation for all referral requests while ensuring timely follow-up. Remind patients of their scheduled appointments and work independently and unsupervised with a superior work ethic. Requires Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency. This full-time, on-site role serves pediatric, adult, family, and women's health patients in the Washington, Bolivar, and Sunflower areas.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Certificate of Completion
- Must be IV certified
- General computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
