Job Summary
Provides a broad range of paraprofessional social services and nursing duties to clients and their families. Conducts client intakes, participates in treatment team planning. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. May perform case management duties. Full time schedule is 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Thursday. Demonstrates competency in medical procedures (injections, vital signs, and basic nursing tasks), maintains accurate medical records, and supports coordination with physicians and treatment teams.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Georgia LPN license with no limitations
- Must be proficient in the use of a computer
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points
