LPN - VNA Home Health Care, Needham, Newton, Wellesley

Conduct home health visits for patients with medical needs including wounds, wound vacs, trach, suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD, and diabetes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care while providing care and support in Newton, Wellesley, and Needham. Work 3 to 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, between 8a and 4:30p with no weekend shifts. Participate in an extensive orientation program, work with a preceptor for 6-8 weeks, and receive support from an Educator while learning time management and the EMR system.
