Job Summary
Assess patients through physical examinations and diagnostic testing to determine health status. Administer medications and treatments while participating in the care planning process. Supervise LPNs and certified nursing assistants, communicating with physicians regarding resident condition changes and test results. Document all assessments and care activities in compliance with standards of care, company policy, and state/federal regulations. Educate patients and families on health-related issues. Requires valid State licensure as an LPN, current CPR certification, and graduation from an accredited nursing school.
