Job Summary
Assess patients through physical examinations and diagnostic testing to determine health status. Administer medications and treatments while participating in the care planning process. Supervise LPNs and certified nursing assistants, communicating with physicians regarding resident condition changes and test results. Document all assessments and care in compliance with state and federal regulations. Educate patients and families on health-related issues. Maintain current CPR certification and valid state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid State licensure as an LPN
- Current CPR certification
