Job Summary
As an LPN for Health Services of Northern New York, nurses will work as part of the home health team, completing visits assigned by Registered Nurse Case Managers throughout St. Lawrence County. Key competencies include the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, maintain an organized work environment, communicate clearly, and demonstrate understanding of customer service when interacting with patients, families, and staff. LPNs will enjoy a flexible schedule and a competitive starting pay of $25/hour.
