Job Summary
Complete patient visits as needed under the direction of the RN Case Manager, participating in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services. Perform nursing tasks including phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management, and patient education. Manage your own schedule as a full-time or part-time LPN Visit Nurse, with visit rates plus paid mileage. Must be licensed in Minnesota, hold current BLS CPR certification, and possess a valid U.S. driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course for healthcare providers through American Heart Association or Red Cross renewed at recommended frequencies
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs
- Fluent in the English language
- Valid U.S. driver's license with minimal moving violations and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Drug free work environment
