Job Summary
Provide nursing care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and facility policies. Administer medications, treatments, enteral feedings, and IV therapies within the LPN scope of practice. Monitor resident conditions, document care accurately, and communicate changes to providers. Supervise Nursing Assistants and participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives. Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing responsibilities as assigned while maintaining infection control and confidentiality standards. Located in Dunkirk, NY, this role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for evenings and a competitive hourly rate of $28–$32.01.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR Certification
