Job Summary
Provide patient care as an LPN on 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include examining residents and their records to determine appropriate care; performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting; making written and oral reports to the attending physician, Medical Director, or administrator; participating in facility surveys and reviews of discharge plans; utilizing PPE as provided; and contributing as a team player. Must be licensed in Delaware, with background check and drug screening completed prior to hire. Offers tuition reimbursement, PTO, health benefits, 401k with match, and membership-fee reimbursements; weekend requirement every other weekend.
