Job Summary
Part-time LPN on the 3rd shift (6pm-6am) at Vancrest in Eaton, OH. Responsibilities include implementing a resident plan of care, administering treatments and assisting in assessments, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, delegating components of the care plan to nursing assistants with supervision, validating data, recording pertinent information in the patient record, identifying and evaluating residents' responses to health problems and treatments, communicating residents' care needs, and pursuing professional growth and development.
