Responsibilities include venipuncture for lab testing, CLIA-waived testing, prescription call-backs within scope, chart preparation, inventory maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Must collaborate with physicians, other staff, and patients to support a busy urology practice across Albany Medical Center sites (Albany, Clifton Park, Schenectady). LPNs must hold active state licensure and demonstrate effective communication and adherence to HIPAA guidelines in a high-volume clinical setting.
