Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Urgent Care Provider, perform direct patient care including phlebotomy, EKG, IV access, and medication administration. Conduct patient interviews, provide clerical support such as registration and data entry, and perform point of care lab testing in accordance with CLIA certificate. Requires LPN license in Massachusetts, BLS and ACLS certification, and one year of medical office or urgent care experience. Offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and 40-hour day/week schedule with day/evening rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent
- One year of experience within medical office, urgent care center, or skilled nursing facility
- LPN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Every other weekend, every other holiday
