Job Summary
LPN in a senior living community providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising care by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Schedule is Full-time 7:00am-3:00pm or PRN. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, identifying medical/behavioral changes, developing and monitoring care plans, providing nursing care per physician orders and standards, coordinating with other disciplines, and reporting to the Director of Health Services. Qualifications require a current MA nursing license and willingness to respond to emergencies.
