Job Summary
The Avalon of New Albany is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise care delivered by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs and social activities, identifying changes in resident conditions, developing and reassessing care plans, reporting to the Director of Health Services, and coordinating nursing care with other disciplines. Requires current nursing license valid in the state worked and a willingness to respond to emergencies. EEO Employer.
