LPN

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the care provided by CNAs; assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independent living; identify resident medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans with ongoing reassessment; report to the Director of Health Services on conditions, staffing, and supplies; ensure care in accordance with physician orders and recognized nursing practice; coordinate care with other disciplines and ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services; applicable for Full Time and PRN shifts. Must have current Georgia nursing license and CPR.
