LPN

Assists with direct patient care and administers treatments per the treatment plan under supervision. Works in an expanded role of IV therapy if required by clinical area, maintains accurate patient records, Educates patients and families as part of the plan of care, serves on committees or task forces to improve patient care, and adheres to standards of professional nursing practice and safety. Requires LPN license and IV-therapy certification if applicable, and BLS within 90 days of hire; emphasis on knowledge of patient care procedures, teamwork, and documentation in an acute hospital setting.
