LPN Unit Manager

Oversee daily operations and clinical care for residents, directing nursing services and making staff assignments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining adequate stocks of medications and supplies. Plan, develop, and coordinate unit functions; review complaints, grievances, and nursing notes to verify care quality and resident response. Assist the Director of Nursing in developing comprehensive assessments of resident needs. Encourage staff participation in outside training programs.
