Ensure resident rights, safety, and security are the top priority while providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services. Perform admission and periodic assessments, develop service plans, and administer medications adhering to the five rights. Monitor vital signs, document services for billing, and supervise CNA staff including managing their breaks. Maintain a safe environment, respond to inquiries, and participate in risk management and level of care committees. Requires state nursing license, CPR certification, and current in-service training.
