LPN Triage (IV Certified Required)-Dobson

Triage LPN to facilitate cancer-care patient triage and coordination: triage patient phone calls, assist with physician/RN coordination, prepare charts for IV and oral therapies education, obtain prior authorizations for oral therapies, refill prescriptions for oral chemotherapy, schedule first chemotherapy appointment, provide patient education on oral therapy, injections, and non-chemo IV meds, perform IV administration of non-chemo agents, injections, document assessments, review prior dictation and labs, and travel between Mesa offices as needed. Requires HIPAA knowledge, oncology experience, CPT/ICD-9/HCPCS familiarity, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and a valid Arizona LPN license with IV certification; full-time day shift, Monday–Friday.
