LPN / Thursday, Sat, Sun / Day shift

Conduct patient care assessments, planning, and implementation using the nursing process on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am to 7pm. Organize and prioritize workflow to meet patient needs while adhering to current nursing standards and regulations. Foster continuous quality improvement through problem-solving and demonstrate compassion, positivity, and teamwork in all aspects of geriatric care. Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication.
