Job Summary
LPN role at The Residence at Pearl Street in Reading, MA per diem; oversees the Resident Care Team, supervises resident care associates, and assists the Resident Care Director with on-call duties. Responsibilities include evaluating resident needs, developing and revising service plans per state requirements, administering topical and oral medications and certain injectables per physician orders, coordinating with ED/MD and families, ensuring incident reporting and safety compliance, participating in community marketing, and supporting documentation and staffing coverage. Requires high school diploma, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and active RN/LPN license in the operating state; minimum two years of geriatric care experience. Per diem position with wage band $40.00-$43.00/hour. Location: Reading, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN License in the state you are employed
- A high school diploma
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program
- At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting
- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
