LPN The Reserve at East Longmeadow

LPN participates as an active member of the Resident Care Team at The Reserve at East Longmeadow, supporting the Resident Care Director with managing the community, supervising resident care associates, and monitoring residents’ health needs. Responsibilities include assisting with service plan development, evaluating resident needs, coordinating care with physicians and families, ensuring infection control and safety practices, participating in community marketing efforts, and providing direct resident care as needed. Requires administering topical and oral medications (and injections where regulated), lifting and assisting residents, and complying with state requirements. STATE: MA; SHIFTS: part-time daytime/evening (7a-3p and 3p-11p) with $35.00-$41.00/hour pay, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and benefits starting Day 1.” ,
