Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient progress and document care plans. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery. Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment. Respond quickly and effectively to patient needs. This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, competitive pay, and daily pay. Flexible scheduling includes part-time, PRN, and 12-hour day and night shifts. Full-time employees receive full benefits and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
