LPN - Surgical T7 (Inpatient)

LPN - Surgical T7 (Inpatient) provides bedside nursing support in an inpatient surgical setting. Responsibilities include passing medications (oral and IV piggybacks, excluding IV push), documenting and charting assessments and care plans after the RN’s initial assessment, coordinating with physicians/APPs for orders, performing dressing changes, trach care, and NG tube care including feedings, ostomy care, and reinforcing discharge instructions. Requires collaboration with RNs and adherence to IDFPR licensure and AHA BLS requirements; compensation range reflects hourly wage converted to annualized figures.
