LPN - Surgical Care Unit - FT Nights

Collect patient status data, record objective and subjective information accurately, and report findings timely. Assist the RN in planning care, coordinating treatments, and evaluating patient outcomes while adhering to organizational policies and professional standards. Accept full responsibility for individual nursing actions within the Patient Care team under RN direction.
