Job Summary
Supervise nursing staff, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident conditions while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans, provide coaching and mentorship to promote professional growth, and maintain accurate documentation of clinical outcomes. Address staffing issues and clinical concerns to ensure continuity of care, with a focus on resident-centered support. Full-time weekend shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am include incentive pay for completed shifts. Located in Cheektowaga, NY, this role is part of The McGuire Group's skilled nursing team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for residents and employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's Degree
- Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR Certification
