Job Summary
LPN Supervisor to lead floor operations and care staff on 1st-3rd shifts with rotating weekends at The Residence at Presque Isle Bay. Responsible for supervising, mentoring, and delegating tasks to CNAs and Caregivers; administering medications and clinical treatments per resident care plans; maintaining clinical documentation; and communicating health updates to families and management. Requires active PA LPN license, strong leadership and communication abilities, and ability to work rotating shifts with weekend coverage; background check, physical, and drug screening required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a consistent shift rotation including a rotating weekend schedule
- Must pass a standard background check, physical, and drug screening
