Job Summary
Supervises and directs nursing services on one or more units within a facility under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include assigning duties to staff, engaging team members for optimal performance, managing staffing for shifts, providing direct nursing care, and directing emergent care situations. Requires Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
