Oversee daily clinical operations for the ambulatory department, including personnel supervision, patient scheduling, and workflow monitoring. Manage team assignments, coaching plans, and disciplinary actions while identifying training needs and facilitating education programs. Coordinate specialized equipment purchases, maintain unit safety and compliance with regulatory guidelines, and serve as a preceptor for new and existing staff.
