LPN Supervisor, Ambulatory

Oversee daily operations of the clinical staff within the ambulatory department, including personnel supervision, facility management, patient scheduling, and business reporting. Manage hiring, work assignments, coaching plans, and disciplinary actions for assigned team members while monitoring workflow and conducting staffing reports. Coordinate specialized equipment purchases, facilitate training and orientation for new staff, and mentor Medical Assistants to maximize performance. Communicate patient conditions to physicians and administrative staff, collaborate on practice strategies, and ensure clinic compliance with safety, regulatory, and Orlando Health policies. Maintain punctual attendance and efficient documentation of patient care.
