LPN Supervisor, Ambulatory

Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise LPN and medical assistant staff in the outpatient clinic, including personnel management, scheduling, and workflow monitoring. Conduct staffing and operations reports, coordinate equipment purchases, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policies. Mentor team members through preceptorship, coaching, and disciplinary actions while identifying training needs and facilitating education programs. Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to develop practice strategies and provide management reports for planning and marketing. Maintain a clean, safe environment and represent corporate services positively while adhering to attendance and break policies.
