Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision, administer medications and treatments, and monitor and record vital signs. Assist with daily living activities, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions or emergencies while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies. Full-time, part-time, or PRN flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active LPN license in the state of employment
- CPR/BLS certification
- Willingness to obtain CPR/BLS certification upon hire
