Lead and manage health and wellbeing of residents in the community; responsibilities include coordinating with Healthcare Providers, ensuring compliance with all regulations, participating in service planning and documentation, infection control, safe administration of medications and injections, wound care as needed, and collaboration with administrators, pharmacy and other departments to maintain resident health and safety. Strong emphasis on assessment, triage, and supervisory responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistants and others to ensure high-quality care.
