Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for in-home care delivering direct patient care per plan of care, including vitals, administering medications/IV fluids, wound care, and documentation; work 1:1 with patients in their homes, collaborating with providers and aides to achieve optimal outcomes; flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) with compensation in the $23-$28/hour range and daily pay option.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted LPN license to practice in the state associated with this position (West Virginia)
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
