Job Summary
LPN Shift Supervisor needed in White Plains, NY to oversee and mentor a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center of a luxury assisted living community. Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director and provide ADL support and medication administration while leading the team with compassion and professionalism. Must have an active LPN certification, supervisory experience in an assisted living or similar environment, and familiarity with MARs and physicians' orders. Prior experience with dementia/alzheimer's care is a plus; ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently is essential. Schedule includes Sunday 7am-730pm on-site.
