Job Summary
Oversee and mentor a team of nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center, providing direct support for residents' activities of daily living and medication administration. Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and the Director's instructions while managing MARs and doctor's orders. Prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work independently to maintain resident safety and quality of life, with experience in assisted living preferred. Must possess active LPN certification and staff supervisory experience; Alzheimer's and dementia care experience is a plus. Shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Required Qualifications
- Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment
- Must have an active LPN certification
- Must be caring, reliable and observant
- Must have an understanding of MAR's and doctors' orders
- Must be able to excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking and working independently
- Must be available for Sunday thru Thursday 11p-7a Overnight shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus
