Job Summary
LPN Shift Supervisor to oversee and mentor a nursing/care team in the Wellness/Resident Services Center of a luxury assisted living community. Responsibilities include supervising nurses, HHAs, resident care aides, and medication technicians, administering and overseeing medications, ensuring MARs compliance, following Director of Wellness instructions, and prioritizing resident care activities while supporting ADLs. Requires active LPN certification, supervisory experience in an assisted living or similar setting, and ability to work Sunday and Monday 7AM-3PM in a per diem/part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license/certification
- Staff supervisory experience in assisted living/nursing home or similar
- Medication oversight experience
- Experience with MARs and doctors' orders
- Compassionate, reliable, observant with prioritization and multitasking
